One sharing time per month versus a lesson every Sunday...that part was easier.Bridgethttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17064616370181183885noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1198771418392309411.post-89423600587201473162011-07-10T16:50:39.196-07:002011-07-10T16:50:39.196-07:00I bet you did as great job! We will have to share notes and ideas! :) Are you teaching next week?Heidi Ehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13179009792020060160noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1198771418392309411.post-81408866111695507192011-07-10T16:53:17.693-07:002011-07-10T16:53:17.693-07:00Hope it went well! Some days I just look at the RS room and sigh.Bingham Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17133551098783706674noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1198771418392309411.post-79751058956427253402011-07-10T22:47:20.896-07:002011-07-10T22:47:20.896-07:00sooooo, how'd it go today? my singing was comp...sooooo, how'd it go today? my singing was completely horrible as usual today. I'm sure I'm a huge embarassment to my kids :)brookehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10000764431261013349noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1198771418392309411.post-39934287898250620822011-07-18T13:57:49.556-07:002011-07-18T13:57:49.556-07:00I'm sorry I wasn't there for it! If it makes you feel better, in my last ward, I forgot my good friend/counselor's name in front of the Primary when I was conducting. I had mind-blanks all the time when in front of the whole Primary-- I even had a Primary teacher pull me aside after a Sharing Time lesson to make sure I knew that the doctrine I had taught wasn't exactly correct-- and I even knew what was correct, I had just said it wrong. The good news is, it becomes MUCH easier, especially when you realize how often the kids aren't paying attention anyway. :) Just kidding, sort of. Just think of it like teaching your kids an FHE lesson. I'm excited to be in there with you and Laura!Britthttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03692427316217272564noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1198771418392309411.post-45125669925541192702011-07-18T19:23:07.429-07:002011-07-18T19:23:07.429-07:00Sharing time went fine, I think. But I can understand intimidating, especially as your husband is pretty good and doesn't mind singing in front of a group!Danaehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01820617021012134954noreply@blogger.com
