Ew.

I looked at the bottom of my running shoes before putting them on to run on the treadmill.  After hitting them on the steps and rubbing them on the grass, I have come to the realization that I probably shouldn't wear them to feed and check on the chickens if I have plans to run inside later.

Also, it may be time for new shoes soon.
